Easter Weekend

A few weeks ago we finally found some patio furniture that we liked so we bit the bullet and bought several pieces. Since the tiling and the pool were done before winter, we wanted to be able to finally sit outside and enjoy it all!

We purchased some at the store and stored in the garage until we had a free weekend to put it all together. Some of it we ordered online and took advantage of the free shipping. It was delivered last week and Easter weekend was the first time in weeks that we weren't off watching a soccer game, so we spent some time enjoying the sunshine and setting up the outdoor living areas. I even planted the two rosebushes that I had bought months ago. It's a good thing they survived being stored in my garage in the interim!

Here are Keith and Joshua putting together a coffee table...
And enjoying a break!
Do we have enough room for everything?

The dining table, chairs and umbrella for the sun deck area.

Seating by the hot tub, too! (Don't worry, there's a cushion for the back of the chair on the left, too. It just wasn't on it when I took the photo.)

What do you think? I know, I know...time for a party! That's what we're thinking...now if the weather will stay warmer for more than just a day or two every three days so we can firm up some plans.
How's mid-May for ya?

Is that really your back yard, or a secluded resort?! Lookin' good!

Are meals included at this spa/resort? How about turn down service??

Does this really matter? Who reads this anyway? Seriously. Okay, fine. I'm probably the only Poli-pino you'll ever meet and I: like to cook up a good meal (but if given the choice I'd rather eat out); watch TV and films from here and there; love to laugh and try to do it often; hate to cry but end up doing so...and often; believe we ALL make a difference to SOMEONE at SOME POINT; love long walks on the beach, it's cheesy, I know, but I do love them especially with my family; wish I was as erudite as Stephen Fry, as cleverly comedic as (too many to name here) and as oblivious as Mr. Bean. Obviously I could go on...that's why I started the blog!
