I've seen some bizarre things with the advent of the internet...I'm sure y'all have as well. I don't doubt much of anything anymore because someone somewhere can provide "proof" that they "found on the internet."
My internet provider sends out a newsletter every other week or so to my Inbox. I skim over the helpful hints and the special offers and peruse slowly the column that describes the fascinating websites to be surfed. I know that all of you have bookmarked some site(s) that most people would have no interest knowing existed much less frequent.
Here are a few I have NO use for:
www.rottenneighbor.com - I don't even KNOW my neighbors.
www.fridgewatcher.com - I like food, but this is ridiculous to me. It's not like if I see something that looks tasty, I could reach in and get it...making this site pointless and frustrating as well. Where's the website of everyone's medicine cabinet?
http://www.stopabductions.com/ - For those of you that are fearful of the sightings in Stephenville, TX, then this might be helpful...but, you decide.
Here are a few that pass a little time:
http://www.songfacts.com - If you like to dig a little deeper into the meaning of lyrics, then you'll like this. However, there are a lot of songs that aren't included on this site. I suggest clicking on "Random Songfact" (on the left side of the page) to while away the minutes.
http://www.dictionaraoke.org/ - Proof that some people have too much time on their hands. Ok, I admit...the rendition of Cameo's Word Up on this site has to be my favorite so far...but Nine Inch Nails Closer is also a must-listen. (Note: This does include the profanity, so please be mindful of the young ones and those that will be offended, i.e. your boss at work.)
I'm sure I'll revisit this topic again, but these few sites should prove to be quite the distraction you were looking for today. So until next time, don't forget to point and click!
Ciao for now!

What IS going on in that head of mine?? Probably just a bunch of fluff mixed in with my plans to rule the world...

- Does this really matter? Who reads this anyway? Seriously. Okay, fine. I'm probably the only Poli-pino you'll ever meet and I: like to cook up a good meal (but if given the choice I'd rather eat out); watch TV and films from here and there; love to laugh and try to do it often; hate to cry but end up doing so...and often; believe we ALL make a difference to SOMEONE at SOME POINT; love long walks on the beach, it's cheesy, I know, but I do love them especially with my family; wish I was as erudite as Stephen Fry, as cleverly comedic as (too many to name here) and as oblivious as Mr. Bean. Obviously I could go on...that's why I started the blog!
